We print and pack every order by hand (yep, even counting out those tiny drills!), so please allow 10–14 business days before your goodies hit the post.

Orders are processed as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Diamond painting kits and acessories (excluding frames)

Diamond Pixels Australia offers 2 shipping choices Australia Wide per order with no minimum purchase requirement. Shipping choices are

• Parcel Post
• Express Post

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are dependant on the order size, weight, and your delivery address.

Diamond Painting Frames

Shipping rates for diamond painting frames are calculated on checkout.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Shipping to PO boxes is allowed for all orders.

Local Pickup from Warehouse

Local pickup from our office in Eltham is available during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

International Shipping

Diamond Pixels Australia currently ships to Australia, New Zealand and USA.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@diamondpixels.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
